These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Prank: AI Video Generator mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The Service
AI Prank is an entertainment app that turns photos you provide into AI-generated prank videos using ready-made templates. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are fictional; they are provided for personal entertainment only.
2. Your Content and Permissions
You must only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. If a photo shows another person, you confirm that person has given you consent to use their image.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the videos you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your photo and deliver your video, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for how you use and share the videos you create.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the App to:
Create content that harasses, defames, threatens, or bullies any person;
Create sexually explicit, hateful, or unlawful content, or content involving minors;
Impersonate a person in a deceptive or harmful way, or present generated videos as real events;
Violate any applicable law or the rights of others, including privacy and publicity rights.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Purchases
Video generation consumes credits. Credits can be earned in the App or purchased.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your store account settings.
Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. If a generation fails, the deducted credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may be inaccurate or imperfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Menu → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
