My video is taking long. Generation usually takes 1–3 minutes. If a video stays pending longer, close and reopen the app; unfinished generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance.
Purchases & subscriptions. Purchases are handled by the App Store / Google Play. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. For billing issues, contact us with your purchase date.
Restore purchases. Use “Restore Purchases” in the app's side menu after reinstalling or switching devices.
Delete my account & data. Open the side menu → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, uploaded photos, and generated videos. You can also request deletion by email.
